Train the Trainer Course

One year professional Train the Trainer certification course is for all who are considering switch of profession from a functional role to a trainer and learn new skills and techniques in integral course design and delivery. This is a blended learning course that integrate online with face-to-face activities. We start with one week on-site Train the Trainer training in Germany for groups of 6-12. Afterwords the participants continue their learning online taking a part in our Train the Trainer Online.

Our Train the Trainer Course is based on the Integral Approach to Education and the AQAL model. This model incorporates four major dimensions of human activity: effectiveness, efficiency, people wellbeing and culture combined with the levels of human and organisational development. It not only provides an Integral Map that enables you to gain a more comprehensive understanding of any issue, but using an Integral Approach can help you to facilitate greater self awareness. It all helps you to gain a strong foundation in critical training skills and deliver powerful training!

Course Content

Our Train the Trainer Program is based on the holistic and integrated approach which values education for human development, and recognises the connectedness of mind, body and spirit. It means that we pay attention to the physical, personal, social, emotional and spiritual development of us and of our students as well as of cognitive aspects of learning. We see both our students and ourselves as integrated and interconnected. We recognise learning as a social activity, value collaborative learning and community participation as well as connections to the natural world.

I Trainer Essence Module. Learning to Be.

We discover our mission as a trainer and connect it with our deep values and beliefs in order to live and teach with passion. Introduction into integral approach and holistic and transformative life management. For all unfamiliar with an Integral Theory we start with some basic questions like: who we are, where we come from, and where we seem to be going as “integral educators.”
II Trainer Know How Module: Learning to Know.

Wa are looking for new and innovative ways to teach creatively. Develop engaging training solutions that are learner-centered required from us knowledge about some activities and alternatives to lecture, strategise for different learning needs, and create effective questioning techniques. So, we learn experiential activities, lecture alternatives, opening exercises and brain-friendly lectures, a variety of blended and supportive tools and activities. This module includes additionally: Purpose, Assessment, Planning, Preparation, Presentation, Facilitation, Performance and Evaluation, which will give a practical overview of the entire training function.
III Trainer and Group Module: Learning to Live.

To be effective in teaching adults, it’s important to know your audience and have a general understanding of how adults learn. Because there are many types of learners and dimensions of learning, you need to work with multiple typologies, understand multiple developmental lines and perspectives in order to provide the most responsive and effective educational space. We learn how to manage and encourage participants of all backgrounds and learning styles and creating an effective positive learning environment, and managing training challenges.
IV Presence Module: Learning to Do.
V Intercultural Trainer - Optional

This module is for all who manages or works with culturally diverse employees or clients. It focuses on an introduction to intercultural communication and developing intercultural communication skills. You will develop awareness of the importance of communication in intercultural contexts, and will be able to teach about the impact of differences in communication styles and the influence of cultural values on intercultural interactions. Training Methods

In our long teaching praxis we recognise that each person prefers different learning styles and techniques. It is why we use a variety different teaching methods to get the same message across and make sure that no one is left out or falls behind. It is our way of making sure that all participants engage with all of the subject content, especially the key concepts and learning points. Our trainings consist of different sessions combining short lectures and practical exercises and involves a great deal of interaction. Simulations and team exercises aim to not only identify, but to fully understand the key differences in cultural behaviour.

In combining cognitive (didactic) and participatory (experiential) learning our relocation course program seeks to introduce to the knowledge, attitudes, and skills needed to live and work successfully in multicultural context.

Certified Trainer

Our Train the Integral Trainer Program is based on the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) which helps in comparing national qualifications systems, frameworks and their levels to make qualifications more readable and understandable across different countries and systems in Europe. It recognises the international standards of training and certification. The quality of the course is secure through the European Quality Assurance Reference Framework (EQAVET) – a reference instrument designed to help EU countries promote and monitor the continuous improvement of their vocational education and training systems on the basis of commonly agreed references.
All participants who complete the course successfully will receive the INTERCULTURAL TRAINER CERTIFICATE.
