Online learning provides many benefits for our participants around the world who want flexibility on their journey of self-discovery and unfolding their uniquely comprehensive and dynamic trainer approach. On the other hand, we (both educators and learners) also face some unique challenges when trying to engage in a truly transformative learning experience online. The continued and growing need for new learning opportunities, linked with newer information systems and communication technologies, has pushed online learning into the center of the discussion of educational practice.
Based on our experience with our Train the Trainer Online Program, Dr. Anna Storck invited professionals from the field of training, consulting, and education for the best practice exchange In her session at the Integral European Conference she talked about the strategies for creating engaged learning online and discussed the potential and limits of the integral education framework. Integral European Conference is a huge social catalyst where international integral collaborations begin, enabling our human capital to grow. The next Integral European Conference will be in person, in Hungary, 25-29 May 2022. The IEC conferences are the largest gatherings of Integral thinkers and practitioners from all around the globe. I have presented and participated in all of them, and they were all wonderful, extraordinary, inspiring events.
