Our unique Train the Trainer Program integrates the best components of both conventional and alternative approaches to education into fuller, wider, deeper, more transformative educational space, honoring each and yet transcending the limits of both.It has at least four irreducible, equally important included in multiple ways dimensions: subjective experience, objective behaviour, intersubjective culture, and interobjective systems. This allows our students to continually transform themselves, allows us to create multidimentional curriculums and serve our students. We all participate compassionately with each other, supporting the health and dynamism of global systems. In our Train the Trainer Courses we are working together on your Trainer Competence – Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes, so you will be ready to teach others. Nevertheless our training approach includes additionally: Purpose, Assessment, Planning, Preparation, Presentation, Facilitation, Performance and Evaluation, which will give a practical overview of the entire training function. You will be introduced to new approach and effective methodology for delivering powerful training and gain a strong foundation in critical training skills and seasoned trainers.
Very few people are born trainers, and most of these who wish to be trainers require training. Even those few who are born trainers benefit from training, and their effectiveness is enhanced as a result.- UN Publication
Certification
We are a course provider registered by the European Commission. Our Train the Trainer (TTT™) Certificate Program is based on the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) which helps in comparing national qualifications systems, frameworks and their levels to make qualifications more readable and understandable across different countries and systems in Europe. It recognises the international standards of training and certification. The quality of the course is secure through the European Quality Assurance Reference Framework (EQAVET) – a reference instrument designed to help EU countries promote and monitor the continuous improvement of their vocational education and training systems on the basis of commonly agreed references.
All participants who complete the course successfully will receive the PROFESSIONAL TRAINER CERTIFICATE.
