All our courses have a modular design, which subdivides the course content into 4 integral parts: Introduction, Learning Objectives, Course Content and Tasks, which again are characterized by functional and reusable modules. Each module is organized around the issues, themas and challenges intercultural trainers facing in their profession. Our online courses are self-paced’, which means that you can follow your own rhythm in terms of studying and practicing what is offered. You also decide how far or how deeply you want to go with the provided material, as well as which of your personal strengths and characteristics you want to bring to it and develop. You are required to engage with the readings and participate actively through assessments, if you choose to get a Verified Certificate.
Our Online Training Courses give you a flexibility to log in any time that fits your schedules to download documents, send messages to peers or instructors, or submit documentation. The entire course material is available online for 9 months after registration.
